Our founder and principal consultant, Laura Palmariello, is a seasoned expert in UK GDPR/ GDPR, data protection legislation and information governance, with a distinguished track record across various sectors, including Health & Care, Hospitality, Retail, Leisure, and Education.

As a certified Information Governance Practitioner, she co-developed a variety of data protection and privacy training courses, including the Information Governance & Data Protection Training course now recognised as a Tech 10 qualification with the BCS.

Her commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by being named a runner-up for the IRMS Privacy Professional of the Year 2024.
